I’m a Product Design leader with 14+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, and consumer products. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to complex problems, helping teams bring clarity to ambiguity and turning fragmented workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences.
I’ve built 0-to-1 products, contributed to large-scale design systems, and led teams through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, and transformation. More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI can thoughtfully augment products and workflows, with a focus on creating experiences that feel trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely useful.
As a leader, I care just as much about building great teams as I do great products. I strive to create environments where people have clarity, trust, and ownership so they can grow with confidence while delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.

I’ve learned that most team friction comes from misalignment, not capability. I focus on creating clarity around the problem, goals, and context so teams can make confident decisions and move forward together.

I’ve found that trust is the foundation of every high-performing team. When people feel safe to challenge ideas, take thoughtful risks, and learn from mistakes, better decisions and stronger teams follow.

Quality is intentional
Quality doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from thoughtful decisions, strong craft, and balancing today’s needs with the long-term health of the experience.
