I’m a multidisciplinary Product Design leader with 14+ years of experience building B2B and enterprise SaaS, as well as consumer products, across industries including defense, social media, entertainment, and global healthcare. More recently, my work has focused on designing AI-powered products and rethinking how people interact with intelligent systems.
I specialize in simplifying complex workflows and designing intuitive, scalable experiences. I’m particularly interested in human-AI interactions that feel natural, trustworthy, and useful, balancing automation with user control.
As a manager, I focus on building strong, high-performing teams. I mentor designers to grow in craft and confidence, create clarity in ambiguity, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Core Beliefs
Clarity comes first.
When the problem and expectations are clear, people step up. Most friction comes from misalignment, not capability. I focus on getting aligned early so teams can move with confidence and take real ownership.
Quality is intentional.
I care about craft and coherence. Not perfection, but work that’s thoughtful and holds up over time. Small compromises add up, so I try to be deliberate about what we ship and why.
Ownership builds confidence.
Support matters. So do expectations. I want the people I work with to grow more confident, with stronger judgment and a higher bar for themselves.
